Welcome to the official website of the Third European Combustion Meeting (ECM2007) to be held in Chania, Crete from 11-13 April 2007 .

Scientists and engineers are invited to submit contributions on all aspects of combustion science and technology , from fundamental physical and chemical processes to applications, including chemical kinetics, laminar and turbulent flames, combustion diagnostics, coal combustion, spray and droplet combustion, fires, detonations and explosions, materials synthesis, engine combustion and energy systems.

The technical program of ECM2007 will follow the format established in previous European Combustion Meetings and will consist of invited lectures and topical reviews followed by parallel sessions of poster sessions. Papers will be selected on the basis of a one-page abstract.
